I know I usually post anime fanart or artwork for my fanfiction New Trials of Card Captor Sakura here wishluv.revolutionhosting.net/, but I actually doodle a lot of Disney fanart as well. Check out the other Card Captor Sakura Frozen parody version as well. I wanted to do an Elsa solo version because the other version covered up her dress.
I drew this immediately after I saw the Frozen movie, but I decided to post it because it's Christmas appropriate. I know Elsa usually has her hair in her braid when she's wearing this outfit, but I just wanted to draw her up do, and it also showed off her earring better.
And of course the quote "I am one with the wind and sky" is from "Let it Go" sung by Idina Menzel.

Absolutely stunning, Wish-chan! The way that you represented the wind loos wonderful. Her hairstyle is so intricate. Kara truly is the ice queen in New Trials so it's fitting that the only blonde female fits this role so well. Thanks for posting!
